The Fine Print (Simplified for Clarity)

• As a YSM Premier Member, you will receive discounts on a full list of treatments, packages and products. You can choose one monthly free perk of the options listed above.

• If there is a current YSM Premier Membership promotion being offered at the time of service, you will receive whichever of the two discounts is greater. 

• To become a YSM Premier Member, you are required to enroll for a minimum of 12 months from the date of initial payment. All membership fees are non-refundable. Monthly membership fees are payable by credit card, and your monthly billing date is based on your sign-up date.

• Memberships are a yearly commitment. It is the member’s responsibility to contact Your Skin Magician prior to completion of their 12-month term if they wish to cancel. If notice is not given before the renewal date, the membership will automatically renew for an additional 12-month term and the member will be committed for the full renewal period.

• Should a monthly credit card payment be declined, members will be notified and asked to supply an alternate credit card for payment. All benefits will be terminated until the account is brought back to good standing.

• Cancellation of membership prior to 12 months of enrollment will negate all discounts received. The member will be responsible for the full price of services received within the enrollment period, and payment is due immediately.

• Your Skin Magician may, at any time, terminate this membership agreement and change any and all membership privileges obtained through this membership agreement.

• Membership Perks may not be combined with Maintenance & Transformation Plans, or with any other existing offers.

• It is the responsibility of the Premier Member to book & redeem their monthly Perks once the monthly fees have been collected. Monthly Premier Member perks may not be redeemed or saved for a later date.

• Upon sign-up member will receive a $50 credit towards Services or Products and choose one free monthly service as listed above under “Perks”.

• All Perks and Treatment Plans may be changed without notice, in order to offer the best anti aging, acne, rosacea, and pigmentation treatment options for our clients.

• Any and all membership privileges obtained through this membership agreement may be revoked or changed at any time with no prior notice to member.

• To make your membership even more special, we are introducing some fantastic new perks, including a complimentary birthday facial, valued at $265! We want to ensure that every year spent with us is filled with pampering and memorable experiences. To qualify for the birthday gift facial, you will need to maintain your membership for a minimum of five months.

• We understand that circumstances can evolve, and should you find it necessary to terminate your contract prematurely, we wholeheartedly understand and ask you kindly to reach out to us. By doing so, you might be exempted from fulfilling your one-year obligation.
